Unless item states Pre-Order. All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 24/48hr tracked for UK orders.
Over seas orders will take usually around 7-14 days.
Our Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from item received to notify us of the return then a further 14 days to return the item for a full refund, items returned outside of this time will be refunded to store credit at our descresion.
